Sally - Your Personal Safety Ally

Sally is a personal safety alarm built for the moment you hope you never need — but want to be ready for anyway. Pull the handle and it lets out a 130 dB shriek, as loud as standing next to a jet engine, designed to disorient anyone too close and cut through noise on a street, platform, or parking lot.

It only activates with a deliberate pull, so it won't go off from getting jostled in your bag. One charge covers several weeks of everyday carry, and a full recharge over USB-C takes about two hours. Splash- and rain-resistant, so it can handle a downpour or a sweaty run — just don't take it in the pool.

Small enough to clip to a keychain, bag, or belt loop. Loud enough that you're never carrying it just for peace of mind.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (weekends and holidays don't count). During high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer — thanks for your patience.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. We ship worldwide, so delivery times can vary by region, customs, and local carriers — we work with trusted partners to get your Sally there safely.

We offer standard and express options depending on your location. Shipping cost is based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay at checkout.

Change of Address
Need to update your shipping address after ordering? Email hello@takesally.com ASAP — we'll do our best to help, but once an order is processed for shipping, changes get difficult.

Order Cancellation
We move fast on fulfillment, so once an order is processing it's practically on its way out the door. To cancel, email hello@takesally.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.

Returns
Not right for you? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return, as long as Sally comes back unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@takesally.com first — we'll approve the return and walk you through next steps before you send anything back.

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU customers get a 3-day cooling-off period from delivery, no reason required.

A few items can't be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons: custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items or gift cards.

How loud is Sally's alarm?
130 dB — loud enough to be disorienting up close and to carry attention across a street or parking lot. It's the equivalent sound of a Jet Engine.

What if I set it off by accident?
It only activates with a deliberate pull, so it won't trigger from being jostled in a bag. If you trip it by mistake, you can silence it in seconds.

How long does the battery last?
Several weeks on one charge. Full recharge over USB-C takes about two hours.

Is Sally waterproof?
Splash- and rain-resistant — safe for a downpour or a workout, not for swimming or submersion.

Can I return it if it's not right for me?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email hello@takesally.com to start.
