FAQ
How loud is Sally's alarm?
130 dB — loud enough to be disorienting up close and to carry attention across a street or parking lot. It's the equivalent sound of a jet engine.
What do I need to use Sally?
Charge Sally over USB-C first (a full charge takes about two hours and lasts several weeks). After that, the 130 dB alarm and strobe work on their own. For the emergency SOS alert, keep your phone nearby with Bluetooth turned on. Sally is splash- and rain-resistant, but keep her out of water (no swimming or submersion).
Does Sally need my phone?
The 130 dB alarm and strobe work on their own, with no phone needed. The emergency SOS alert needs your phone to be nearby with Bluetooth turned on.
What if I set it off by accident?
It only activates with a deliberate pull, so it won't trigger from being jostled in a bag. If you trip it by mistake, you can silence it in seconds.
How long does the battery last?
Several weeks on one charge. A full recharge over USB-C takes about two hours.
Is Sally waterproof?
Sally is splash- and rain-resistant — safe for a downpour or a workout, but not for swimming or submersion.
